Another Year in Art (2024)
OoOops I did it again! I spent November 2024-January 2025 writing, assembling, and editing my second portfolio book. Since a single PDF would take ages to load, I've separated each section into its own page and PDF to hopefully get people closer to what they're interested in seeing. Enjoy!
A bit more than you cared to know about me (and this project).
Sometimes I actually have to do "real work." Here's a bit about all my video editing projects for the year.
My Obsidian archive has seen some big improvements and expansions this year. They grow up so fast!
The worldbuilding for my "King Tide" mythos has come an awful long way from what I put forward in 2023. I've spent about 9 solid months redeveloping my concepts to be more cohesive and have greater thematic depth.
I got to work with a group of writers in Los Angeles to test pilot a new set of mechanics for my Collaborative Writing show/series concept.
Halloween's a special time of year, and I try to act accordingly. Rather than pretending to do Inktober, I went my own route and wrote several short stories instead.
A collection of haikus and art from 2024. There were fewer of these than in years past since I moved towards longer-form writing, but there was still a good crop of them nonetheless.
I've really come to appreciate what it means to tend to plants, and it's been a big year for turning my office into a Rainforest Cafe.
Getting off the computer and into some hands-on work is key to keeping my sanity these days.
And when I'm not doing everything else in here...I'm doing this!
